Philips India today announced the appointment of Rohit Sathe as the head of its healthcare vertical.
As President Philips India Healthcare, Sathe will be a part of the Philips India leadership team and will be responsible for the company's overall growth plans.
"I am confident that with his solid background in strategy, commercial execution and his passion for talent development, he will propel Philips India's growth further across various markets," Philips India Vice Chairman and Managing Director Daniel Mazon said in a statement.
Sathe has almost two decades of experience in the healthcare, construction and e-learning industries in India and UK.
Prior to Philips, he was working with Johnson & Johnson Medical India (JJMI) as Senior Director of Strategy, Key Accounts and International (SAARC) Business.
