State election officials said that forms for enrollment of those who would be attaining 18 years of age on or before January one, 2013 were given to all those who wanted to enroll themselves.
The process of issuing electoral photo identity card also was taken up, the officials said, adding that they intended to achieve 100 per cent in this particular venture.
They said that only those whose parents or grand parents were already in the voters lists would be included in the electoral rolls during the summary revision.
