Ronnie Wood's former wife Jo has revealed she offered some of her children drugs to try when they were growing up.

Making the shocking revelation in her autobiography, 'Hey Jo: A Rock And Roll Fairytale', she said that she offered daughter Leah a puff of a joint when she was 15 - but the teenager was actually horrified by her gesture, reported The Independent.

The 57-year-old also admitted that she had given her son Tyrone a packet of cocaine to try.

He was 16 when she found a packet in his room which looked like marijuana but it turned out to be dried herbs.

However, Jo said she made sure that he tried the real thing so he would know what he was buying in future.

"I also gave him a small packet of coke to try one evening. Irresponsible? Perhaps. But I would much rather he learned about these things under my roof, where I could keep an eye on him, rather than in some dodgy club taking God knows what," said Jo.

The former model, who was married to guitarist Ronnie for 23 years, said her children were often exposed to scenes of drug use as they grew up.

"They'd see people smoke joints openly. There were times when they were quite small when they saw people doing lines of coke. We were a rock-and-roll family and I was open and honest.
