The 65-year-old guitarist popped the question to the theatre producer, who is 31 years his junior last week, reported Sun online.
"Ronnie and Sally have been friends a long time. He always had an eye for her but she was in a relationship. They've been inseparable for months and he decided to tie the knot again. Bandmate Keith Richards has been laughing about it. He's sick of buying him wedding presents," a source said.
The couple became close while working together on Wood's seventh studio album 'I Feel Like Playing'.
They stepped out together in November last year, shortly after the father-of-four's short-lived romance with blonde promotions girl Nicola Sargent was over.
