Rouble Nagi's paintings to be displayed at Rashtrapati Bhavan

Renowned artist Rouble Nagi will showcase her collection of paintings at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi tomorrow.

The internationally acclaimed artist is the first one to be exhibiting at the President's estate for the exhibition, scheduled from October 2-10 at the Rashtrapati Bhavan art gallery inside the museum.

Nagi will be exhibiting her latest collection of paintings and sculptures.

"It's an absolute honour and matter of pride showcasing my new exhibition at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Art according to me is not about documenting what is already around us; it's about sharing your experience of emotion," Nagi said in a statement here.
 

The collection titled, 'The Flamenco Series' will comprise 10 abstract sculptures and 30 paintings.

Post the inaugural ceremony, the art gallery will be open to the public from October 3 onwards.
