Route One Fund has sold 3.28 per cent stake in Delta Corp, which is into real estate, hospitality and aviation business, through an open market transaction.
According to a BSE filing, Route One Fund I and entities acting in concert sold 75.60 lakh shares, representing 3.28 per cent of Delta Corp.
The shares were offloaded on August 20 and based on the closing price of Rs 75.30. The transaction is estimated to have been valued at Rs 56.93 crore.
