Niche bike maker Royal Enfield on Saturday reported a 30 per cent rise in motorcycle sales to 57,842 units in September.
The company had sold 44,491 units in the same month last year, a company statement said.
Domestic sales surged 30 per cent to 56,958 units as against 43,741 units in the same month a year ago.
Exports rose 18 per cent to 884 units, compared to 750 units in the corresponding month last year, it said.
