Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) president Lalu Prasad today attacked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for "trying to cover up" an alleged scam, involving an NGO, with the help of his "hand-picked officials" in the Special Investigation Team (SIT).
