"We have received 15 lakh applications after January 11, till March 15, for registration of new voters.

While there are 3.84 crore voters in Andhra Pradesh now, the number may go up to 3.95 crore after inclusion of new voters.

We will issue photo identity cards to new voters by April 5," Dwivedi said.
