The formalities regarding the construction work would be completed by September 15 to start construction work in the 33 acre sprawling campus of the 'varsity, said Medical Education and Research Minister Chuni Lal Bhagat here.
All the involved concerned departments had been directed to expedite the construction work within the stipulated time period, he said.
Stating Punjab Government was giving impetus to the development of Ayurvedic system of medicine, he said Guru Ravidas Ayurvedic University was presently functioning from a panchyat bhawan at Hoshiarpur.
