Uttar Pradesh government today said commercial tax revenue of Rs 225.7 crore was due on 45 departments and corporations.
"Commercial tax dues of Rs 225.7 crore were pending on 45 departments and corporations," Finance Minister Rajesh Agarwal today said.
He was replying to a query by BSP member Ritesh Pandey during question hour in the state assembly.

The minister said officers adopt legal ways to realise these dues and in case of non-payment, they were realised as per the provision of land revenue realisation.
Agarwal, however said there was no time frame for realisation of the commercial tax dues.
