Six men allegedly looted Rs 25 lakh from a mobile banking van of a private bank here today, police said.
The masked men riding three motorcycles overtook the van of HDFC Bank on Sultanpur-Azamgarh Road here, they said.
Taking the guards by surprise, the men looted the cash bag at gunpoint and fled, firing in the air, police said.
