Rs 3.38 lakh looted from a petrol pump manager

Armed miscreants today looted Rs 3.38 lakh from a petrol pump manager in a village in Kahalgaon police station in Bihar's Bhagalpur district, a police officer said.

The incident took place near Pakartalla village as four gunmen riding on two motorcycles stopped a petrol pump manager Prem Kumar's motorcycle and took out the cash from his bike's dikki at gun point, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Neeraj Kumar Singh said.

A case has been registered in this connection and raids were being carried out to nab the miscreants, he said.
