Poll officials today seized cash amounting to Rs 4.76 lakh in six separate cases here.
Flying squads and static surveillance teams found Rs 90,000, Rs 80,000 and Rs 63,000 in three separate four- wheelers during checking at Zirakpur Barrier, police said here today.
Also, sums of Rs 1 lakh, Rs 53,000 and Rs 90,000 were separately seized during checking near Sector 35 here, they said.
In the wake of Lok Sabha polls, three flying squads and as many static surveillance teams have been set up in city.
