The RJD would stage demonstrations in all the 24 districts in Jharkhand tomorrow to exert pressure on the Hemant Soren-led government 'implement' its own announcements and some the party's additional demands.
"On the directions of the RJD's Jharkhand unit president Girinath Singh, all party workers and leaders will stage a day-long dharna at their respective district headquarters demanding implementation of the government's announcements and party's other charter of demands," party's state unit spokesman Manoj Kumar said today.
"Implementation of providing saree and dhoti at Rs 10 each to BPL people as per the government's announcement and early release of oldage pension to the beneficiaries are some of the demands," he added.
The RJD is one of the ruling coalition partners in the JMM-led government.
