The "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" star separated from his pop star wife Katy Perry last year and their divorce was finalised recently.
Brand, 37, has moved on from the failed relationship with the Dallas star's sibling Isabella Brewster, reported Us magazine.
"She is all over him and Russell loves it. It's been going on for a few weeks. He really likes her," a source said.
Brewster was earlier linked to actors Bradley Cooper and Milo Ventimiglia.
