Shares of Sagar Cements today jumped about 20 per cent to settle at its 52-week high after the company reported strong sales data for March.
Shares of the company settled at Rs 530.20 on BSE, up 19.98 per cent from its previous close. Yesterday, the stock ended the trade at Rs 441.90 on the exchange.
On NSE, the shares went up 19.99 per cent to settle at Rs 526.40.

The company today reported 16 per cent growth in sales at 1,97,583 tonnes during March. The firm had sold 1,70,410 tonnes of cement during the same period last year.
Production during the period also increased by 42 per cent to 2,00,000 tonnes.
The Hyderabad-based firm reported the highest growth in sales in Andhra Pradesh at 135 per cent, while in Telangana the growth was 119 per cent.
However, in states like Odisha, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka, sales of cement has declined.
The firm's subsidiary BMM Cements also posted high growth in sales and production.
