: Venturing to this city from nearby Attur to buy a toy for his son turned tragic for a sago starch factory owner as he was killed when the car he was travelling slammed onto the side of a mini lorry at Valpadi, police said
Balajee (28) had come here from Attur to buy a toy for his son, accompanied by the son of a biscuit factory owner. While returning, the car rammed into the side of the mini lorry, killing him on the spot, they said.
The injured friend is stated to be out of danger.
