Fruit juice manufacturer Manpasand Beverages today said SAIF Partners has trimmed stake in the company by 2.26 per cent to 20.09 per cent by selling shares worth over Rs 67 crore in the open market.
As per a BSE filing by Manpasand Beverages, SAIF Partners India IV Ltd decreased shareholding in the company by 2.26 per cent on July 8 to 20.09 per cent.
The transaction was carried on July 8, based on the weighted average price of Rs 596.63 per share on BSE, the deal is estimated to be worth Rs 67.41 crore.
