Sean has previously played for A-League teams like Sydney FC (youth team) and Newcastle Jets.
He scored on his debut in the A-League with Newcastle Jets in 2009 and also took them into the second round of the 2009 AFC Champions League with a late win against Beijing Guoan.
23-year old Sean was the leading scorer in the Australian National Youth League of 2008 and has earned three caps in U-20 World Cup held in 2009.
"Sean, who has been training with the team for a week, has impressed Salgaocar's coach Karim Bencherifa with his skills, technique and a deft scoring touch in which he has scored in all the three friendly matches he has played," said Bencherifa.
