"Games of Thrones" actress Samantha Spiro is joining the cast of "Doctor Who".
Spiro revealed during an appearance on BBC Breakfast that she has filmed a "Doctor Who" episode, although she did not give out details of her character, reported Digital Spy.
"I'll be in this series of 'Doctor Who'. I can't say how, I can't say who, I can't say where," she says.

Spiro has appeared in "Game of Thrones" as Samwell Tarly's bullied mother Melessa in the past.
The stage and screen veteran also plays Barbara Windsor in the upcoming BBC TV biopic "Babs".
Spiro joins an impressive crop of guest stars for Doctor Who's tenth series, including the return of both Michelle Gomez as Missy and John Simm as The Master.
