Leader of Opposition in Punjab Assembly Harpal Singh Cheema today appointed AAP MLA from Kotkapura Kultar Singh Sandhwa as chief
whip of the legislative party.
This post was previously held by MLA Mansa Nazar Singh Manshahia, who is now part of dissident MLAs led by Sukhpal Singh Khaira.
MLA Rupnagar Amarjit Singh Sandoa and MLA Bathinda (Rural) Rupinder Kaur Ruby have been appointed as whips, an official release said.
