"Strengthening rural economy with sustainable development interventions is the only way forward. This development has to be socially balanced with special emphasis on women and the youth to tackle militancy," he said here.
The measures initiated would create an enabling platform for the youth as part of developmental effort and thereby leading to productive engagement and facilitating them to realise their potential in various fields, he said.
"This will not only go a long way in making them productive citizens but will also enable them to dissociate from the vicious cycle of negative forces," he said. PTI JOP PR
