Sanjeev Kapoor to lead Ramboll's transport business in India

Denmark-based engineering consultancy firm Ramboll today said it has appointed Sanjeev Kapoor as Director to lead its transport business in India.

"Sanjeev's expertise in consulting, contracting, project management, financial advisory and key engineering roles will place us uniquely well to grow exponentially," said Ramboll India Managing Director Pawan Maini.

Commenting on his new role, Kapoor said that with urbanisation, mobility and climate change being some of the biggest industry challenges, it is an absolutely befitting time to be a part of the team.

Prior to joining Ramboll, he was the director at PWC.

Ramboll expanded into India in 1997 as part of a joint venture that initially focused on transport.
 

It employs over 800 people across five principal offices in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai and Bengaluru.
