Inspector General of Police Civil Defence Amitabh Thakur today alleged that IPS officer Kamlendra Prasad, named in the famous lyricist Santosh Anand's son Sankalp Anand suicide case, used to built pressure on his subordinates as mentioned in Sankalp's suicide note.
Thakur has shot off a letter to Principal Secretary Home and DGP, alleging that in one-and-a-half month functioning with Prasad, he has seen the same characteristics that Sankalp Anand mentioned in his suicide note.
"Prasad gets many decisions taken by building pressure on his subordinates and forcing them to write on the note sheet," he alleged.

An FIR was filed against IPS officer Prasad, former director of an institute, DG Kamlendra Prasad and IG Sandip Mittal including 37 others in the case.
