All the matches will be played at the Sampurnanand stadium, general secretary Uttar Pradesh Football Sangh M Shamsuddin said.
Qualifying matches of the Cluster C and Cluster D will be played from February 1-9 while the Group B and Group C of the qualifying event will be played between February 9-16, he said.
Assam, Andaman & Nicobar, Jammu & Kashmir and Rajasthan are in Cluster C while Madhya Pradesh, Tripura, Pondicherry, Uttarakhand and Sikkim have been pooled in Cluster D.
