IT firm Saralweb today launched a cloud-based mobile ERP solution designed for the security services industry.

"The solution will help streamline processes and digitise the organisation, resulting in enhanced performance in day- to-day operations and increased revenues," TA Netgables Managing Director Kaviraj Singh said.

TA Netgables runs the Saralweb brand.

Besides, Saralweb will also help businesses comply with the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act - 2005 (PSARA) in an automated manner, he added.

The solution has been developed with extensive industry and government agency involvement, followed by testing and validation against feedback at multiple stages, he said.

It can handle routine operations like recruitment, quotations, contracts, allocation of guards, recording of attendance, invoicing, payroll, and statutory reporting as well as provide e-mail integration, GPS tracking and customisation.

The solution is available as a mobile application on Android and iOS, as well as on desktop platforms through web browser.

"During 2018, we expect to rapidly grow our pipeline of deployments to cover one lakh guards," he said.

According to estimates, the Indian security market has around 75 lakh guards, of which about 20 per cent are in the organised sector.

The single-login free version of Saralweb ERP will be free but paid for multiple logins (for larger organisations).

The company aims to garner revenues of Rs 285 crore over the next 2-3 years, Singh said.
