Veteran actor Farooq Sheikh is all praise for his 'Club 60' co-star Sarika and says that she is one of the best performers he has ever worked with.
Farooq, 65, and Sarika, 52, have shared the screen space together for the first time in debutante director Sanjay Tripathy's slice-of-life film.
"It's been an amazing experience to work with Sarikaji. She is an outstanding performer and in this film hers is the best performance. I am really sad that I didn't get the opportunity to work with her in my career ever before this film," Farooq told PTI.

"The film brings out the spirit of living. It also gives a positive attitude towards life despite the age numeral. The film is not preachy at all. It is very realistic and everybody would be able to relate to it as we all go through a happy and dull period in life," he said.
Having started his career in Bollywood in 1973 with 'Garm Hava', Farooq is still going strong with his performances be it an understanding father in commercially viable film 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' or a widowed photographer in off-beat movie 'Listen... Amaya'.
"I am very happy with the way my career has shaped up. I have never restricted myself to any particular genre. I did those films which I believed as an actor. It's good to do commercially viable films because it reaches out to more audience but budget of the film has never affected me," he said.
