Saudi man held for rape in China

A 22-year-old Saudi national, who allegedly molested a woman in central China's Hunan Province in early April, has been arrested, state media reported today.

The man, surnamed Alsubaie, was detained after he allegedly molested a 38-year-old woman in and outside a local restaurant in Changsha on April 4 after drinking, state-run Xinhua news agency quoted Tianxin District People's Procuratorate of Changsha as saying.

The accused is studying Chinese language at a university in Changsha, the report said.
