Though temperature remained at somewhat comfortable levels in the national capital as the sun played hide and seek throughout the day, humidity continued to remain on the higher side today.
According to MeT department, the day temperature settled at 33.9 degree Celsius which was normal for this part of the year. The humidity levels, which oscillated between 61 and 80 per cent, however, made things uneasy, especially for those venturing out.
In the morning, Delhiites woke up to an overcast sky as some parts of the city received scanty rainfall overnight.

"There were traces of rainfall, too small to be measured, up to 8.30 AM today," a MeT official said while adding that no rain was recorded in the city after that till 5:30 PM.
Yesterday, the day temperature was recorded at 34 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was registered at 27 degrees Celsius.
"The sky will remain generally cloudy. Spells of rain or thundershowers are expected in some areas tomorrow," the official said.
"The maximum and minimum is expected to settle at around 35 and 27 degrees, respectively," the MeT office said.
