Schools reopen in valley after three months vacation

The private and government-run secondary schools in Kashmir Valley reopened today after nearly three-month-long winter vacation.

High and higher secondary students resumed their classes after a break of nearly three months, while the middle and primary schools are scheduled to reopen on March 5.

The state government had announced closure of schools for winter vacation from December 1 for students upto VIII standard while the high and higher secondary students closed for winter vacation on December 15 last year.
