Search operations were on today to flush out Naxalites suspected to have infiltrated in the jungles near Pandalur on Tamil Nadu-Kerala border, police said.
Police received intelligence inputs about infiltration of left extremists in Kannikadavu yesterday and started serach operations in the early hours.
CCTV cameras have been installed at various strategic points to monitor the movements of strangers, police said.
