Actor Sebastian Stan has joined Margot Robbie in Tonya Harding movie.
Stan will play Jeff Gilloolym former husband and alleged partner-in-crime to Tonya.
He was one of the key figures in the plot to attack Nancy Kerrigan ahead of the 1994 US Figure Skating Championships, reported Entertainment Weekly.
Harding, a former US figure skating champion, was accused of conspiring with Gillooly and bodyguard Shawn Eckhart to hire Shane Stant to hit Kerrigan on the right knee, in an effort to eliminate her from competition.
Gillooly later testified against Harding and served two years in prison for the incident.
Craig Gillespie is directing the film from a script by Steven Rogers.
