Earlier, a BJP central team, led by vice-presidents S S Ahluwalia and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, had visited Sandeshkhali in North 24-Parganas district where a number of party workers had been injured in an attack allegedly by Trinamool Congress supporters.

According to BJP sources, Naqvi who headed the first delegation team will submit his report to party president and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh tomorrow.

Siddharth Nath Singh had earlier alleged that attack on BJP workers was being made due to BJP's spectacular performance in the Lok Sabha polls in Bengal.
