A day after the murder of an udnertrial at court premises here, security has been intensified by four times in the complex.
Two battalions of PAC have been deployed in the court complex a day after assailants shot a criminal who was brought here to face trial in a robbery case.
The security arragments were supervised by the court police station in-charge Katar Singh Awana who took charge after his predecessor and three others were suspended over the incident.

SSP Preetinder also reviewed the security arrangements at the court and also discussed with lawyers the deployment of police personnel at sensitive areas and main gates. Metal Detectors too have been replaced.
Undertrial Sanjay Anand was shot dead yesterday when he was brought to the court to face trial in a robbery case. Some advocates chased the assailants as they were fleeing and managed to nab one of them.
Sanju, the arrested assailant, was produced before the court which sent him to 14 days judicial custody.
During interrogation, he told police that he killed Sanjay to avenge the murder of his friend's brother.
Police suspect the involvement of more persons and are examining CCTV footage also.
Advocates today observed one day token strike in protest of murder at court premises.
"We have requested police to intensify security around advocates chambers too. Last year an advocated was murdered near chambers," president, Bar Association, Kalu Ram Choudhary said.
"SSP has assured proper security at court complex," secretary, Gautam Buddha Nagar District Bar Association, Sardar Singh Bansal said.
