Select Commodities prices decline

Prices of thoor dal, urad dal, moong dal, gram dal and maida decreased, while rest all other commodities ruled steady in the wholeale foodgrain market here today.

Moong dal was down by Rs.400 per quintal to Rs.7,000 from yesterday's closing rate of Rs.7,400.

Thoor dal decreased by Rs.200 per quintal to Rs.6,800 from its closing rate of Rs.7,000.

Urad dal and gram dal moved down by Rs.100 per quintal each to Rs.8,800 and Rs.7,700 from its previous rate of Rs.8,900 and 7,800 respectively.

Maida(90 kg) went down by Rs.100 to Rs.2,600 from Rs.2,700.

Sugar (90kg),Wheat (90kg) and sooji(90 kg) prices ruled steady today.
 

Following are the wholesale rates of various agri-commodities (rates in rupees per quintal, unless stated otherwise): Thoor Dal Rs 6,800, Urad Dal Rs 8,800, Moong Dal Rs 7,000, Gram Dal Rs 7,700, Sugar Rs 4,150, Wheat Rs 2,600, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,600 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 3,200.
