The prices of urad dal, gram dal and wheat declined, while rest all other commodities ruled steady in the wholesale foodgrain market here during the week under review.
On Monday, urad dal opened lower at Rs.8,600 from its previous rate of Rs.8,800 and maintained the same trend till today.
Likewise, gram dal and wheat prices decreased by Rs.50 per quintal each to Rs.3,900 and Rs.2,650 against the previous week closing of Rs.3,950 and Rs.2,700 respectively.
However, thoor dal (Rs.7,900), moong dal (Rs.9,500), sugar (Rs.3200),maida 90 kg (Rs.2,500) and sooji 90 kg (Rs.2,600) ruled steady throughout the week.
