Select copper and nickel dropped further at the non-ferrous metal market here today due to stockists selling as well as lower demand from industrial users.
While, copper utensils, copper wire, zinc and tin gained following good demand from industrial users and alloy industries.
Nickel fell by Rs 20 per kg to Rs 775 from Thursday's closing level Rs 795.

Copper cable scrap and copper scrap heavy declined by Rs 4 per kg each to Rs 360 and Rs 355 as compared Rs 364 and Rs 359 previously.
Copper armiture edged down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 345 as against Rs 347 and copper sheet cuttings softened by a Re per kg to Rs 340.
However, copper wire bar rose by Rs 4 per kg to Rs 388 from Rs 392 previously.
Zinc and tin edged up by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 196 and Rs 1,410 as compared Rs 194 and Rs 1,408.
Copper utensils and brass sheet cuttings inched up by a Re per kg each to Rs 326 and RS 279 respectively.
