Copra Alapuzha and copra Kozhikode prices gained modestly at the spices market here today due to good demand from millers amidst better export enquries.
Meanwhile, black pepper, ginger, copra Rajapur and copra edible ruled stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
Copra office Alapuzha and copra office Kozhikode both climbed by Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 8,250 and Rs 8,150 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 8,200 and Rs 8,100, respectively.
