Copra office Alapuzha, copra Kozhikode and copra edible prices hardened at the spices market here today on consistent demand from stockists and retailers amidst firm millers offtake.
Meanwhile, rest of the spices ruled stable in absence of any worthwhile buying.
Copra office Alapuzha and copra office Kozhikode surged by Rs 250 per quintal each to Rs 8,100 and Rs 8,000 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 7,850 and Rs 7,750, respectively.
Copra edible climbed by Rs 200 per quintal to Rs 9,000 as against Rs 8,800 previously.
