Copra office Alappuzha and copra office Kozhikode recouped at the spices market here today following fresh demand from stockists and retailers amidst good export offtake.
While, black pepper rd weakened further owing to lower demand from stockists and retailers.
Rest all other spices ruled steady in the absence of necessary buying activity.
Copra office Alappuzha and copra office Kozhikode climbed by Rs 100 per quintal each to Rs 14,400 and Rs 14,300 from Monday's closing level of Rs 14,300 and Rs 14,200, respectively.
However, black pepper rd dropped by Rs 10/10 per kg to Rs 440/540 as against Rs 450/550 yesterday.
