Elsewhere, copra Alapuzha and copra Kozhikode also firmed up further on good retail buying as well as increased off-take by millers.
Rest all spices closed at its overnight levels in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
Copra edible Mumbai strengthened by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 6,300 from Wednesday's closing level of Rs 6,200.
Copra office Alapuzha and copra office Kozhikode both went up by Rs 50 per quintal each to Rs 4,800 and Rs 4,700 respectively, as against Rs 4,750 and Rs 4,650 yesterday.
