Prices of select edible as well as non-edible oils recovered up to Rs 30 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market in the national capital today, largely on the back of uptick in demand from millers, retailers and consuming industries.
Sentiments in edible oils turned better following increased offtake by vanaspati units and retailers amid a firming trend overseas, traders said.
Rising demand from paint and other industries also lifted prices of select non-edible oils, they said.
