Select edible oil prices moved up further by Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today as demand picked-up supported by ongoing wedding season.
However, non-edible oils after moving in a narrow range in limited deals, settled around previous levels.
Traders said pick up in demand from retailers in the wake of wedding season mainly kept select edible oil prices higher.
