Select edible oil prices fell up to Rs 100 per quintal on the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today on stockists selling against slackened demand.
However, castor oil in the non-edible section also traded lower on reduced industrial offtake.
Traders said stocksits selling against sluggish demand mainly kept pressure on select edible oil prices.
