: Prices of urad dal,wheat and sooji moved down while all other commodities ruled steady in the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
Urad dal and wheat declined by Rs.300 and Rs.200 per quintal each to Rs.16,500 and Rs.2,400 from last week's closing rates of Rs.16,800 and Rs.2,600 respectively.
In addition, Sooji (90 kg) was down by Rs.100 to Rs.3,100 from its previous rate of Rs.3,200.
Following are the wholesale rates of various agri-commodities (rates in rupees per quintal, unless stated otherwise): Thoor Dal Rs 13,800, Urad Dal Rs 16,500, Moong Dal Rs 9,000, Gram Dal Rs 6,800, Sugar Rs 3,900, Wheat Rs 2,400, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,500 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 3,100.
