Tin shot up on fresh demand from alloy industries.

Copper scrap heavy and brass sheet cutting moved down by Rs 3 per kg each to Rs 477 and Rs 331 from Monday's closing level of Rs 480 and Rs 334.

Copper cable scrap, copper wire bar and brass utensils scrap edged down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 486, Rs 514 and Rs 323 from Rs 488, Rs 516 and Rs 325 respectively.

Copper utensils scrap also softened by Re 1 per kg to Rs 442.

However, tin spurted by Rs 15 per kg to Rs 1,310 from Rs 1,295 and copper sheet cutting inched up by Re 1 per kg to Rs 462 from Rs 461 previously.
