Sugar millgate prices fell by up to Rs 10 per quintal, extgending its fall for the second straight day at the wholesale market in the national capital today following supply pressure from mills amid slackened demand.
Marketmen said ample stocks following steady inflow of supplies from mills mainly kept sugar millgar prices lower.
Elsewhere, sugar spot and other mills prices after moving in a tight range, managed to remain unalatered.

In the millgate section, sugar Baghpat, Sakoti and Morna price shaded by Rs 10 each to Rs 3,570, Rs 3,610 and Rs 3,570 per quintal respectively.
Similarly, Dhanora and Dhampur faded by Rs 5 each to end at Rs 3,590 and Rs 3,580 per quintal.
