Select pulses fell for the third-straight day and prices were down upto Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale market today on adequate stocks position against sluggish demand at prevailing levels.
Traders said besides subdued demand, adequate stocks position in the market mainly kept pressure on select pulses.
In the national capital, rajmah chitra eased to Rs 4,200-7,400 against last close of Rs 4,200-7,500 per quintal.

Moth also declined by Rs 50 to Rs 4,700-5,000 per quintal.
Arhar and its dal dara variety too weakened to Rs 4,700-4,900 and Rs 6,000-6,250 per quintal respectively.
