Select pulses rose up to Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale market today on pick up in demand from retailers amid lower arrivals from producing regions.
Traders said apart from rising demand from retailers, limited arrivals from producing belts mainly led to the rise in gram and kabli gram prices.
In the national capital, gram, gramdal local and best quality were up by Rs 50 each 3,650-4,250, Rs 3,950-4,150 and Rs 4,050-4,350 per quintal respectively.

Kabli gram small variety and moth also seen in demand and gained Rs 100 each to Rs 4,100-6,400 and Rs 5,600-5,900 per quintal respectively.
